Q.
Hi Im 3 months old baby breastfeeding mom n I wanted to know whether I can have ice cream?? If I have, will it effect my baby I.e catching cold and cough?? I'm not having any cold items like curd butter milk.. please suggest me an answer for this questions..

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. dear, you can eat it in moderate amount once in awhile.. that will be safe.. Have 4 to 5 Healthy meals with plenty of fluids.
Consume more protein rich food,
