Q.

Hi Iam 26th week pregnant I am having swelling hands and feet I am unable walk for sometime I am having pain when I stand all of a sudden from sitting position and with hands I am unable to hold anything tight

A. Some Women do face a lot of issue or swelling specially in the feed which is definitely not healthy neither it is good so it would be better if you’re having too much of issue with your hands where in you cannot hold anything and with your feet as well you please consult your gynaecologist immediately

A. hi please consult your gynecologist for once. take healthy and well blanaced diet take calcium rich food like ragi, nuts, dairy products etc more keep your body well hydrated avoid drinking RO water take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day maintain good hygiene
