Q.

Hi.. I want to ask that my periods got delayed by almost a month means I skipped it last month and I am not pregnant. Actually I have shifted from India to UK, so can it be the reason that due to change in environment and water, food etc it got affected.. As I landed in UK 20 days ago so don't know any doctor also.. So kindly guide me if it is normal or not and what should I do in this case

A. Sometimes it's happened, once do repeat upt after a week, for further Details of clinical examination and associated symptoms are required, it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.

A. See sometimes you do hormonal changes also you can skip a period but it’s mostly for 10 to 15 days it is not for an entire month and also home pregnancy test kits are not hundred percent reliable and another country is mostly you’ll have to book an appointment or visit the hospital appointment so it’s better to search for a gynaecologist and go for a proper check up
