hi my periods are delayed for 10 days I did pregnancy test with 2 test both came negative should I worry...this means I am not pregnant but why periods are delayed

Sometimes you do disturb disturbance in hormones also you can miss your period for some days and if you’re not pregnant then please check with your doctor she may have to just do an ultrasound to confirm what’s the reason and some medicines would be recommended accordingly
