Hello mam, I have a 2 year old daughter, this month my periods are delayed by 7-8 days..i still did not have my periods...today i carried out pregnancy test at home but it is negative..could you please suggest what needs to be done

ExpertDr Sheetal AggarwalObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. hi mom missed periods can be due to multiple reasons such as hormonal imbalance tuberculosis stress etc so u need to consult with your doctor for proper examination and treatment

If The period do not come for 10 days extra after the last period date then it is considered normal sometimes you can get your periods after 10 to 11 days also but since you are saying that your period still hasn’t come and you are not even pregnant that it could be due to some hormonal imbalance you get it checked
