hi, I really want to increase me breast milk at least produce 1200ml per day. can someone please please help me on how to increase breast milk production effectively. i want to feed my baby only breast milk and no formula milk. please do provide your suggestions.

A. Hello dear parent! Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your daily diet. The more your baby suckles your breastmilk directly the better milk supply. Consult a lactation specialist for further assistance
