hi I'm mother of 4months old baby girl I can start giving her water? becuz it's summer now...

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. no. do not give water before she complete 6 month of age. Breastfeeding or formula feeding should continue till 6 month of age to keep him hydrate, n it contains all nutrition required fir a baby.

Your little one — if under 6 months old — should be receiving both nutrition and hydration from breast milk or formula, not water. You probably know this, but you might not know why. It's because babies' bodies aren't suited for water until several months after birth.
