A. To loose weight after delivery, include fiber and protein rich foods in the diet and plenty of fluids. Restrict intake of sugar, rice, potato, fried and packaged foods. Do skin toning exercises like squats, brisk walking, jogging, cycling, swimming, breathing and Yogasnas. Drinking warm jeera or lemon water first thing in the morning will help too.
