Q.

hi I'm breastfeeding my 6 months old baby . I have getting my periods from three months postpartum. is it safe to take resterone 5 mg one tablet for delaying my periods .

A. Can be taken once in a while to post pone the periods but not recommended on regular basis as these are hormonal pills which should not be taken fir long durations and without consulting the doctor

A. Oh yes absolutely it’s one of the safest medicine that you can take to delay your period then you can take it you don’t take it for more than 3 to 5 days otherwise sometimes it can disturb the hormones and the bleeding could be heavier for minimum 3 to 5 days you can take
