hi, I'm 26 week pregnant. i feel pressure and pain in Virginia while walking and turning sides on the bed?? is this normal ?...what to do?

A. yes. rest more. see regular workout is important. start slow and don't over do. walk, swimming, gym all are effective but consistently doing is the key to lose weight. you can feed egg, paneer soya, halwa, banana. a great variety if home made stuff guarantee weight gain plus health as well. that ensures appropriate milestone in time for babies. ok.

A. hi it might happen because of growing uterus although it is advisable to visit your gynecologist for once who can give right guidance after examining your health. have Healthy and nutritious diet avoid overeating. keep your self well hydrated
