After 1 year of age you can gradually start giving everything which you cook as a part of family meals. It should be easy to digest nutritious, less oily and less spicy for easy digestion by the baby.
Include seasonal fruits and vegetables also.
They not only provide with the necessary multivitamins and nutrients but also with fibre.
Keep baby hydrated and try to provide some probiotics like curd buttermilk yogurt .
These keep the digestion good
you can also give nuts like almond cashew walnut
Author of questionFather of a 6 yr 1 m old boy3 years agoA. Thankyou for your quick response but what i meant was he is only eating n drinking things for which taste is built. He cant even try new things as he always says no this is not tasty. So is there any idea how to start giving him new things like yogurt, or drinks. He is not ready to taste anything new. Like he is only having food, water , cerelac because he is having these things after 1 year. So how to start giving him new things? Because he always say no this is not tasty
