hi i have delivered baby 5 weeks ago via c section, my external stitches are well healed as per doctor and internaly pains a bit. can i start making rotis in this scenario??

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and it is always advisable to take rest for two months aftwr the C-sec and still it is better to consult with your treating gynaecologist as she knew the exact health condition of after delivery.
