hi i had csection before 3 months and not my tummy is little saggy can i use tummy belt now

A. you can wear abdominal belt for tightening loose abdomen muscles. eat low calorie diet. reduce your sugar and fat intake. walk for half an hour daily. drink lukewarm water .

A. Tummy belt usually works only when used within days of delivery. It will be difficult with just belt to tighten the sagging tummy. You can now start skin toning exercises like squats, jogging, brisk walking, breathing and Yogasnas, etc. Limit intake of sugar, rice, potato, fried and packaged foods. Drink warm jeera water first thing in the morning.
