Because of the hormonal changes post delivery there may be laxity of the muscles and fat content increase.
You should not worry just do some calorie restriction specially for sugar and fat which should be avoided in excess and do regular effxercise for muscle strengthening which should be gradually increased . Also take plenty of liquids and give proper breastfeeding to the baby which will also be beneficial in rmanagement of the weight .

It is a misconception that they belt that you will wear is going to help in reducing down your tummy it really avoid the sagging into the tummy that’s mostly commonly seen after you deliver a child so you can wear that but it is not going to help in deduction of the weight
