Q.

hi, I got my c section delivery 5months before. but still I look like 7months pregnant lady.. when I try to do mild exercise, I get light pain in operation area. what should I do to reduce my bulged stomach

A. if you feel pain at the operative site it would be better to start with daily walking for a few days and then slowly move on for mild exercise and after about 12 months you can go for heavy workouts

A. you can start exercise as it has been five months after delivery.. start slow as first with brisk walking or yoga or low intense exercise always better to start under supervision.. under trainer..
