Hi I delivered a baby boy through c section It’s 15days today Does tying your tummy with belt or cotton saree really help And if yes how many hours should I tie

A. see yes ir support your tummy muscle and that givces you mire mobility . you must try to eat healthy, lots of fruit and stay hydrated. take enough sleep and no stress
