Hi , i am taking Himalaya shatavari tablet (promotes lactation) twice a day from past 1 month, it has given good result. Can i continue taking it,if yes how long can i take?

You can try and avoid taking tablets for few days. If baby will be urinating 8 to 10 times in the day then your baby is well fed and well hydrated and your milks supply is sufficient for your baby.
