Q.
Hi i am pregnant for 2nd time after 3years of my first born. I have just completed 4weeks and i look 6months pregnant already. My bump has come out so early. I thought its bloating but its not bloating. I am very tensed & upset. Please reply.. and add suggestions.

Get a sonography done immediately if you have a doubt about it because obviously what you are saying is a matter of concern for sure but without a proper sonography We cannot be clear about anything so ask your doctor and get a proper scan done for yourself
