Hi i am mom of 1 year old baby of twins mera baby nani ke yaha se aaye h 1 year bad dadi ke yaha 15 days ho gaye h khana hi nahi kha rahe h please suggest kariye

Maam one years is a very long time your child must have been used to being in atmosphere temperature surrounding people for at least one whole year that you are mentioning so it is very difficult for a child to make this and shift in this age it is going to take some time try to give more of liquids to keep the child hydrated to eat well and over the period slowly gradually only the child is going to pick up with what you offer
