Q.

hi i am in 7th month of pregnancy ..nowdays i am feeling very stressed, irritated, frustrated..i don't feel like to talk to anyone ..pls suggest it's common or do I need to consult..

A. meditation is your key. you can feed egg, paneer soya, halwa, banana. a great variety if home made stuff guarantee weight gain plus health as well. that ensures appropriate milestone in time for babies. ok.

A. it is quite natural during pregnancy because of the hormonal changes post pregnancy also you will be facing the troubles like this try to do some yoga yoga really benefits I can understand because this also happens when you don't take care of proper eating or you have lots of vomiting sensation throughout the pregnancy
