A. the best way to make sure your twins are getting enough calories is to supplement breastfeeding with infant formula

A. you can start giving formula if breast milk is not sufficient.

A. Of course not you can start giving food to the child only after completing the time of six months and currently if I am understanding your concern that your feet is not enough from the other option that you have to give formula to the child but food is a big no no
