hi I am being 9 week pregnant .. I won't eat any diary products from almost 12 years and I won't consume milk too.. just want to know how the baby bone will develop with out in taking this.. will it affect anything to baby..

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello you will have to consume a lots of other calcium rich food in the diet so the baby will will be able to get the calcium requirements that way whch is very important and also you need to take some supplements also which is very important as long as breastfeeding your baby
