Hi, how should I deal with postpartum stress after pregnancy ? please help.

A. meditation is the important thing to be done to gt out of depression.try to eat more fruits and healghy diet to feel fresh all day if need some conselling talk to your parents and dear one you help you out

A. Hi Mom Do some light exercise yoga regularly Keep your self busy in some activities Take healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables pulses vegetables whole grains milk products Take a good care Take adequate water And maintain hydration
