hi guys, i am a 1 month old child mother,can u please suggest me which breast feeding pumps are better,either manual or electric pumps, and which brand, is there any side effects of using them, or else any other way that can help me to increase breast massage milk ,can u please help meπ

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. you should use electric breast pump, it is much good than manual one .
to increase breast milk, Consume dates, nuts, jeera, Dill seeds, sauf, ajwain, papaya, spoon of desi ghee and butter plus a katori of assorted nuts , makhana, milk everyday.

If you have really good amount of breastfeed like a really good amount of breastfeeding and you want to store it for longer duration you want to feed your child that we continuously then you can go for electric Best pump because it is expensive very expensive so think about or everything before you spend that much amount and if you have good amount of breastfeeding and you want to express but it is not the only thing on your agenda you want to continue breastfeeding regularly also then manual breast pump is fine you just see there is too much of difference between the prices so you have to take a call accordingly
