Q.

Hi friends... My son is 15 months old..he is still not walking... Doctor said may be deficiency of vitamin D ...that's why he is not walking... What I can do..so he can start walking.. Please help me I am very tensed πŸ™πŸ™ thank you in advance πŸ™πŸ™

A. rule out deficiency walking with support will come any time between 9 months to 15 months of age. walking without support will come maximum by 18 months of age so before that there is no need to worry and you have to just continue regular diet of the child( food made from cereals pulses fruits veggies milk) as well as baby massage and regular massage will also help in improving the muscle strength which will help in walking. regular encouragement for the child to walk

A. hi yes it happens. but it is important to cure this so please give calcium rich food like Ragi, nuts, dairy products etc more give curd on daily basis. provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day give gentle massage on legs with Babyhug massage oil everyday
