#asktheexperts I have the vitamin d deficiency when I was expecting the baby. but my doctor prescribed the vitamin d in the first month of my pregnancy itself. is my deficiency effected my baby's legs?

A. You have to give vitamin D medication until one year of age and you suspect that there is some disturbances when it comes to growth of the baby then consult your doctorWrite Your Answer Here

A. sometimes. take iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day as diet alone can't meet nutritional requirements of a lactating mother start vitamin d and multivitamin supplements regularly for baby
