Q.

Hi Dr. Yesterday I had my growth scan and came up that I have mild polyhydramnious. AFI is 22 Could you please advise if all ok or is it a point of concern. I don't have diabetes. Is there anyway that I can reduce AFI naturally

A. A proper assessment is required here so regarding this it is advisable to contact some nearby doctor and so accordingly the doctor will guifde in a proper way . A. Hi mommy Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy
