Hi Dr passed one week baby having cold and one of the Dr suggest levocetirizine dihydrochloride drops two days it's got reduce but again cold started plz suggest.

A. Do not worry, this is a common season for this type of viral infection. You can continue with.cetzine or levocetzine for another three days. But if the symptoms persist, you will have to contact your paediatrician.
