Hi Dr, My son hasn't pooped since 9 days. He is 3 months old...We tried giving him Warm water. What could the reason be and What home remedies would you suggest? Thanks and Regards.

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy2 years agoA. Hello good afternoon !! constipation in new born babies is common,no need to worry for 4-5 days if baby is active, taking feed normally without gas, tight tummy discomfort.
But it's been 9 days do tummy massage with warm coconut oil or castor oil gently massage for 10 minutes in clockwise direction with fingertips this will relieve from gas, constipation problem.
