Hi Dr.....My daughter is 5; years old ..... to keep her bones strong what is the best food can I give her

A. Hello mom you can give her calcium and protein rich foods would be beneficial along with vitamin. D as well you can expose her good sunlight preferably in the morning time and milk and products, soya , whole eggs , seasonal fruits and vegetables, millets , dals and legumes dry fruits could be beneficial
