my baby is 2.9 months old, what food must give for strong bones

A. For calcium, green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouted grains, ragi, soya products etc. You can give milk and other dairy products like curd, paneer, butter milk, ghee, butter, cheese etc., All these should help in growing healthy bones.
