hi dr my baby is 1 year old but am very worried about my weight since m short but my weight is 63 kg and i have a huge belly looking like 5 month pregnant also i have been feeling a strong abdominal pain whenever i pass urine pls suggest

So first you should get a check with your doctor as to why you are feeling this kind of a pain as this is not normal secondly if it is been one year I would suggest you to go ahead with the proper work out and if your not feeding the child anymore then try going ahead with intermittent fasting that is going to be very helpful for you
