Q.

Hi Dr, I have severe pain in my right pelvic,which is felt more while I lie down.Also I have trouble falling asleep post feeding the baby at night. Pls recommend something for this.Thanks

A. If the pain is very severe then it is better that you consult your doctor and she will do an examination and if needed an abdominal scan will Be done and treated accordingly

A. if pain is present only in right pelvic area it is better to get a sonography done to detect if there is any presence of cyst so that the treatment can be done according to the cause
