Q.

Hi Dr , Feeling anxious and stress is common during pregnancy ? Somedays the anxiety will be gone..Sometime it will be back .I am thinking about where the anxious thoughts are when I am normal.I am in the 2nd trimester of the 6th month .I enjoyed my 1st trimester and I can sleep properly .The anxiety because I can't sleep properly nowadays .It gives some stress since I am not sleeping properly.Vut my family said that I am asleep well .Myself only thinking that .I am worried about my baby because my anxiety affects my baby's growth .I tried to engage myself at day time..But when I go to sleep the anxiety or negative thoughts will come and that time only I can't sleep properly. Please advise how to handle this.

A. Being pregnant, you are mostly spending time alone at home. Which creates anxiety and stress. So it is better to join with your friends for some time. Try reading good books which will help you gain positivity.

A. hi parent I suggest you please consult with your gynecologist and follow their instructions please take proper sleep please take well balanced diet please maintain hygiene properly with Babyhug multipurpose cleaner
