hi, does eating habits of breast feeding moms effect babies health, like having cold water will cause cough and cold to my baby?

A. certain foods do affect. Avoid taking seafood, coffee, meet, mom veg, citrus foods, processe food, Spicy food and flatulence causing food can cause a shift in your baby’s reaction.
