Hi. Does cooking food in coconut oil harmful? Does it increase LDL Cholestrol?

A. Coconut oil contains high amount of saturated fat and if you cook food on a daily basis in it yes it can increase your cholesterol so better to go for filtered oil is like mustard sesame and Sunflower oil

A. Nope It is not at all like that because if you go to South India that entire food is prepared in coconut oil only in fact it is said that coconut oil is much more healthier then refined oil or any other kind of oil that we normally use
