Hi Doctor this is mom of 2 children my second baby was 9 months old due to early pregnancy after second c section operation after 3 months I took Birth control injection (Antra) after taking injection I got menstrual period only 1 time that's too heavy when compared to other period. since 6 months I didn't get menstrual period till now does it could be any problem . please suggest me what to do with this issue

A. Maybe hormones are imbalance and which is why you probably are not getting it one time if you consult a gynaecologist whatever the issue is the Dr is going to give you correct advice on the basis of the problem that’s there
