hi doctor. my son s 3.10 old. he s getting fever and cold 2 week once. what is the problem in his body. what can I do next. he had 100 Temp and cough cold. medicine dolo 250 3l 6hr once we r giving. and cold syrup cericof ls 2.5 ml giving. is that okay? but 2 week once he s sick. I m really worried
