Q.

hi doctor my son is ten months old..he got cold yesterday night in the early morning I fed him milk , vomitted immediately . after one hour I fed him cerelac that also he vomitted... cold is severe ..and frequently he is getting cold what could be the reason n why he is vomiting please suggest me

A. cough and cold may be infective or allergic in cause.give steam to relieve congestion and nasoclear drops can also be used in nose multiple times can also give maxtra drops.cough syrup or nebulization should be given according to the type of cough .self medication is not advisable. if the cough is productive give kufril-ls. give only simple home-made preparahztions as required ,child will eat as symptoms resolve.

A. Hello mom If your baby is vomiting extremely then in such case you should definitely consult with your paediatrician about it because your doctor can only advise you well after examining. You should not give any sort of medication to your baby till it is not advised by Dr so first consult with your doctor about it
