hi doctor my child is 2 months old now, I had a normal delivery but i got my periods and now I want a child later, please suggest me some natural and safe methods for spacing.

breastfeeding exclusively is the best method but in case you have got periods..
you need to use protection

Hello,it's not necessary that if you got periods then only you get pregnant,if new mother's who don't have their periods they also get pregnant,and secondly you should go for IUD and it's good if you don't want yo take any pill or else use other contraceptive methods .
