Hi Doctor It is almost 6 months post my pregnancy. I got my first period after 1 month of delivery and then it has been 5 months for not getting periods. Kindly guide.

A. It’s absolutely normal to not get your cycles for 6-12 months even after you got a single period after giving birth. But keep using contraception until you get your periods back
