Hi doctor I'm a mother of 3months 10 days old baby girl. I had doubt that my breast milk is decreasing. what should I take to increase my breast milk to feed my baby still 2 more months. Is there any medication to improve my lactation milk to feed my baby.

A. Yes Fenugreek capsule is a very good idea for you to go for You can start having two times morning and in the night and you should just have it for at least one month if that helps in increasing your lactation then you can continue it for three or six months depending upon how long do you want to use it
