hi doctor i have heavy tired last one month always have feet bones pain ....and sleepymood ?? what's issue for my health.... after delivery i couldn't sunlight exposure so is it decreasing vitamin d? is sun light charged water good for health and should have any side effects?...how to prepare and take the sunlight exposure water

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children1 Year agoA. please get vitamin d levels and calcium and. There can be lot of individual variation in the problem sometimes there is need to do physical examination and if required for investigations also to come to the diagnosis and give appropriate advice ok
