hi doctor.i have completed 3 months of my postterm . I have hairfall so can I use curryleaves water spray on my hair? and also home made oil? pls suggest me

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 8 yr 3 m old boy2 years agoA. yes can use. hair fall is very common after pregnancy. it might be due to hormonal changes which occur in the body post pregnancy. very important to take all the supplements like iron folic acid vitamin b12 calcium vitamin d and other supplements. drink plenty of water and take seasonal fruits vegetables along with only homemade diet. go for regular scalp massage and if it is still not improving the condition take help of skin specialist or trichologist d
