Q.

hi doctor I got fever 6days back and I took paracetamol tablet for two days, later my breast milk supply got reduced is it true that fever effects breast milk supply? and how to overcome the low supply

A. yes it happens. Have healthy diet- Six meals are important for lactating mothers. It is a demand and supply mechanism, so latch more often. Have more fluids before and after breast feeding.

A. hi yes , it can affect. but please keep your self well hydrated don't give up easily , give more and more breastfeeds. it naturally increase your breastmilk supply. massage your breasts with warm coconut oil daily
