iam suffering with tonsils and i took paracetamol tablet yesterday and still pain is there.. and also I can not produce more breast milk now.. does antibiotics reduce the breast milk

A. your baby is only two months of age there is no problem take appropriate medicines forever tonsils infection still breast feed the baby it may not reduce the breast milk .
