yesterday I took covid vaccine my baby is 1month 29 days I am breast feeding my baby. yesterday I took paracetamol today I had fever and I had paracetamol. how many tablets we can taken in day

ideally,you can take it at gap of 6 hours.
but better to avoid taking medicines frequently.
keep your body well hydrated
drink decoction which is made up of warm water and salt and Tulsi leaves in 2 tbsp quantity every 2 hours.
wear loose fitting Cotton clothes.
Maintain good hygiene.
