Hi Doctor, good noon! my 11 month daughter refuses to drink water. she was having water nicely till a few weeks back. now if we take the bottle near itself she is pushing it away. can you please suggest alternate method to help increase her water intake. thankyou

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. in rainy season she might not be thirty like before, Make sure they always have a bottle available so that they can drink water from it throughout the day.

You can go ahead with giving little bit of butter milk and a coconut water as well to the child because they have certain flavour so you can go for that these are healthy options to be given to the child try giving this and you cannot add anything to the water as of now so just try to replace it with the other options that you haveWrite Your Answer Here
