Hi doctor...My son is 14 months old 2 weeks back he had loose stools ,fever .Now he is fine but he is not having food like earlier and he refuses to drink water. If I forcefully make him drink water he splits...

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. ldoose motion may be because of either some infection there could be loss of water and electrolytes so a proper hydration is required give ORS and also give probiotic like enterogermina two times 3 day

give her the water (lukewarm) in small quantity frequently
take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered in the morning
give her less milk and more home made fresh probiotics (if she doesn't have cough or cold )
