Q.

Hi doc, My child is11 months we do try hochpoch,roti,fruits,shira,etc...but what about summer how can I keep her hydrated..with tasty food.

A. hi mom you can maintain hydration for your baby in summer through the food as it also contains fluid seasonal vegetables and fruits are good source breast milk also provides fluid if passing urine 6 to 8 times in 24 hours and it is colourless or light yellow in colour then don't worry

A. Give good amount of liquid to the child you can include coconut water and butter milk as well into your child’s daily diet which is what is going to be helpful in maintaining hydration in the body or any other healthy liquid like lemonade and on which ever you want to go for
